The SWOSIA annual golf outing will be held on Friday, October 7, 2022.

Event Schedule

7:30am to 8:30am: Golfers sign in & load onto assigned carts

9:00am: Golf (“Shot-Gun” Start) – boxed lunches served “at-the-turn”

1:00pm: “Networking/Cards/Monte Carlo” opens for fun for everyone.

4:00pm: Dinner, Annual Trustee Elections & General Business Meeting, followed by one of the plans below.

Plans

(Plan A) – Golf, lunch, Monte Carlo, Dinner & Business Meeting: $165 each (SWOSIA member) or $190 each (non-member/guest)

(Plan B) – Monte Carlo, Dinner & Business Meeting Only: $80 each, (SWOSIA member) or $90 each, (non-member/guest)

SWOSIA is an organization of self insured employers in the Cincinnati/Dayton areas of Ohio, working together to provide education, support, and advocacy related to workers’ compensation issues.
